i booked an ada room for two days. there was no ada room available at arrival. my keycard was cancelled every day at noon, this was inconvenient. the room was far from the elevators.

The room felt stuffy. There was no ventilation except for the AC, though the windows looked like they should open! Locks prevented any opening. The explanation was safety, however limited opening would have helped. A proper ventilation system is important, especially with locked windows.

the location is great with easy access. staff members were friendly and helpful . the attached pembroke restaurant is a great perk and i recommend it. the room was very clean and included nice cotton sheets.
the exterior frosted window in the ensuite lacked a blind, so light spilled into the bedroom once dawn broke causing slight disturbance
